Shipping Policy

How and when your order ships, and what to expect on the receiving end.

This policy outlines our shipping practices, carrier options, and the conditions under which orders are dispatched. By placing an order with MyPeptidePlace, you agree to the terms below.

Order cutoff and processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a U.S. business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Processing includes payment verification, lot selection, cold-chain packing, and label generation. Orders requiring additional verification may be delayed by up to one business day.

Domestic carriers and transit

  • USPS Priority Mail — 2 to 4 business days
  • UPS Ground — 1 to 5 business days depending on origin and destination
  • UPS 2-Day Air — guaranteed delivery on the second business day after dispatch
  • UPS Next Day Air — guaranteed delivery on the next business day after dispatch

Packaging and cold-chain handling

Lyophilized peptides ship in insulated mailers with phase-change gel packs sized to the order volume and the destination transit window. Orders over $500 include a temperature indicator strip.

While lyophilized material tolerates brief ambient excursion, you should transfer vials to −20 °C storage within two hours of receipt.

Signature requirements

Adult signature on delivery is required for orders over $300 and for any order containing restricted items. We cannot waive this requirement.

International shipping

We ship to most countries that permit research-chemical imports. International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Express, with transit windows of 3 to 7 business days plus customs clearance.

The buyer is responsible for confirming the legality of import in their jurisdiction and for any duties, taxes, or customs declarations required at the destination. Orders refused at customs are not refundable.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. Reshipment of orders returned to us due to address errors is at the buyer's expense.
