Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Limited exceptions for items damaged in transit or shipped in error.

All sales at MyPeptidePlace are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — with the limited exceptions described below.

All sales are final

Every order placed with MyPeptidePlace is considered a final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for change of mind, ordering the wrong product or size, no-longer-needed items, or any other reason outside the limited exceptions listed below.

Limited exceptions

We will make it right in only two situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged in transit — clear photo documentation of the outer packaging and the affected vials is required.
  • We shipped the wrong item — the product, variant, or quantity you receive does not match what you ordered.

How to report a qualifying issue

Email support@mypeptideplace.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (for damage claims). Reports received after 7 days, or without supporting photos for damage, cannot be processed.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the affected item or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund of that item to your original payment method.

Not eligible under any circumstances

  • Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or no longer needing the product
  • Ordering the wrong product, variant, size, or quantity
  • Opened vials or any product with a broken manufacturer's seal
  • Shipments refused at delivery, undeliverable due to address errors, or returned to sender
  • Orders held or seized by customs
  • Promo, sale, clearance, or custom-blend items

Refund processing (qualifying claims only)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the entire order qualifies under the exceptions above.
