Returns & Refunds
Conditions for returning research materials and how refunds are issued.

We stand behind the products we ship. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right. The following terms apply to all returns and refund requests.
Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns initiated after 30 days are not accepted, with the exception of documented quality defects covered separately below.
Eligible items
- Unopened products in original packaging with the manufacturer's seal intact
- Items received damaged in transit (photo documentation required)
- Items shipped in error by us (wrong product, wrong quantity, mislabeled)
Non-returnable items
- Opened vials or any product with a broken manufacturer's seal
- Custom blends or made-to-order products
- Bacteriostatic water and reconstitution accessories
- Sale or clearance items marked final sale
How to start a return
Email support@mypeptideplace.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label for damaged or incorrect items, or instructions for buyer-paid return shipping for unopened-product returns.
Returns received without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense for unopened-product returns.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To swap a product, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Quality defects
If you believe a product does not meet its published specification, contact support with the product name, lot number, and a description of the issue. We will review the COA, may request the material back for analysis, and will issue a replacement or refund where a defect is confirmed.
